"We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to. This meant that any time someone needed the bathroom—including our kids—we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay. No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue. "

Die Lage ist ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Engelsburg oder das Pantheon sind in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich, der Bettkomfort exzellent – ich habe wunderbar geschlafen und mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für eine Rom-Reise – absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Schönes Hotel. Fenster haben guten Schallschutz, was in Rom wichtig ist. Die Wände lassen leider den Lärm der Nachbarn durch. Ohne Oropax war an schlafen nicht zu denken. Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude und nicht im Hotel direkt. Trotzdem war es sehr schön. "
