The Space:

Welcome to Chalet de l’Érablière, located in Saint-Philémon, in Quebec’s Chaudière-Appalaches region, near Massif du Sud Regional Park. Surrounded by nature and designed to make the most of the region throughout the year, the chalet offers a warm and inviting setting for a getaway with family or friends.



With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, the chalet is particularly well suited for groups of 6 adults or family vacations with 4 adults and 4 children. It features three sleeping areas, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. The first two bedrooms each have one double bed and one single bed, while the mezzanine features a Queen bed.



Everything is provided for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Bed linens, towels, and several essential items are included, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. A Napoleon BBQ, sheltered from the weather, is also available year-round.



After a day outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, available throughout the year and located just steps from the patio door. Outside, two spacious furnished decks offer different areas to enjoy nature, including shaded spaces, armchairs, seating, and an outdoor fire pit. When temperatures drop, the indoor fireplace adds a cozy touch to your evenings.



For entertainment, a selection of board games and a collection of VHS movies are available. A nostalgic little touch that both kids and adults can enjoy!



Why not extend your getaway by combining work and relaxation? The chalet features a remote-work area with a desk, a 27-inch computer monitor, and two comfortable office chairs. Enjoy a peaceful setting while working remotely, then disconnect in nature or relax in the hot tub at the end of your workday!



The chalet’s location is especially appealing to outdoor enthusiasts. From the property, you have direct access to the trails of Massif du Sud Regional Park. Two complimentary park passes are provided during your stay. These passes are valid for the regional park’s trail network only and do not include access to the ski resort’s lifts.



Throughout the seasons, Massif du Sud Regional Park offers a wide variety of activities, including hiking, mountain biking, gravel biking, fat biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and much more. With its mountains, waterways, and kilometres of trails, the region is an ideal destination to stay active, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors.
