„It was our first time visiting Cabo and this resort did not disppointed. I visited with my husband another couple who are very dear to us. We requested to stay in thesame floor building but resort management even upgraded our rooms so we can stay next to each other. The resort is very well-maintained and the service is also great! We are all pretty pleased given that it's an all-inclusive resort and yet we received 4-5star service! Would definitely come back and recommend to people!“

„This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! „Schönes Hotel um einen Innenhof mit Pool gebaut. Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt aber sauber. Größter Nachteil: Das einzige Fenster aller Zimmer geht auf den Gang hinaus in den Innenhof, so daß man die Vorhänge geschlossen halten muß, wenn man seine Privatsphäre haben möchten. Doch selbst bei geöffneten Vorhängen dringt nicht ausreichend Tageslicht hinein.“

„In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem nicht vorhandenen Top-Hotel Anspruch! Zimmer Ok aber nicht mehr! Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden. Zusammenfassend: ganz OK, aber nicht mehr! “
