Matratzen sehr gut.“

„Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is +, close to Old San Juan and City and Airport . Rooms were clean. Check-in process was smooth. Room was ready when we arrived. Parking was available, only parking card did nto work properly. Had to get them activated 2-3 times . Pool view was kind of okay, don't bother too much abt it. Pool ride was under renovation.“

Kein Honig, frische Backwaren, Wurst ...

„The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to the beach, restaurant and mini markets. It has a parking as well & the area is very safe (police is patroling day and night). Also, the whole pin system of how you find the room key makes it very flexible for guests. Interior of the place feels very cozy , with coffee & hot water jugs as you enter the yard. There are 2 smaller pools to chill and many sunbeds & lounges. There are books & suncreans to share. They could have some ...

„Parking was a little challenging, but most of San Juan is the same“

„Everything was really nice. I would recommend this place 100%“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “
