My experience during the Xmas holiday!! If I could give 0 stars!I want to be transparent and direct, as the issues encountered significantly impacted my stay and fell far below the expectations set by the listing.Especially considering the 1,018/day. To begin, the communication surrounding access to the property was extremely inefficient. Arriving at night and having to walk up and down the street with luggage due to unclear instructions was frustrating and unnecessary.Also, it was never communicated that the upstairs and downstairs were completely separate spaces.Had my other family members joined, this setup would have been entirely unsuitable for families with underage children who would not want to be separated.The condition of the home did not align with the listing or the price point. The photos portrayed a much more polished and well-maintained space than what was actually provided.For example:The microwave-broken, Both showers-water leaks/temp.unpredictable,cleanliness-nonexistent(roaches too),rooster & projects across the street-noisy, maintenance man disclose, but landscaper, not disclose to visit property. I do not have enough characters to truly depict my dissatisfaction of this highly overpriced property.
