« John was a nice host, he was very fast to answer any questions we had. The house is nice. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped. Beach is a 5 min walk from the house (not the best beach though). There is a fantastic butcher (Cut) just 300m from the house. A few drawbacks: the pool is very small (looks bigger on the pictures), a LOT of noises around the house at night (you NEED earplugs to sleep), water in the shower is very weak. Overall a good experience but I would choose another...

« I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico...

« We had an amazing stay! My family stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was such a perfect retreat from all the craziness of the weekend. The outdoor space is truly an oasis. There was ample room for our group of 11. The casita in the back was perfect for the little extra privacy between our group. We had a small problem with the fridge and it was addressed immediately. Otherwise everything was perfect! The beach being a boo al and a half away was just the cherry on top! »

« Everything about this property was excellent – location couldn't be beat, the property was up-to-date and clean, air conditioners worked in the bedrooms, fans only in the main space, just be aware this is in the city so there are no windows in the bedrooms downstairs and minimal upstairs, you can open the portals in the windows in the front doors and natural lighting comes from the canopy ceiling in the patio. We loved our week in Puerto Rico. »

« The property is conveniently located and easy to access other points of interest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have an oven which we did not realize, but it wasn't really an issue. The property manager addressed all of our concerns in a very timely manner. The furniture in the gathering area is very outdated and not designed for seating for more than 4 or 5 people. Other than that it was a wonderful visit. »

« My family, which included three teenagers, stayed here, and overall it was a very nice apartment. It was very clean, and close to the different sites in San Juan that we wanted to go to. The neighborhood seemed a little dodgy at night time when we arrived- we walked to Calle Loiza for dinner, and there was just nobody walking on the streets, so we did feel a little nervous but it ended up being fine.
