In general we were happy with our stay for a girls trip. The house provided a pretty good space for hanging out (though the indoor furniture is not very comfy). We like to cook so we stayed in for dinner a few times, and found the kitchen a bit lacking, but we made it work. The neighborhood is all residential (mostly short term rentals), but it was nice to have a quick 5-minute walk to the ocean.
