« GREAT little hotel!!! Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical hotel water pressure, but wonderfully deep bathtubs. Amazing staff (especially Barbara). Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but the mini fridge came in handy. Great balcony. Overall... worth every penny and WILL stay again. »

« Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any...

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... « We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. »
