Overall this is a great value on 30A. It's in a fantastic location on a gorgeous beach with super easy access just steps from the unit.
Some things to note, however. This unit is on the third floor (I don't believe this was listed in the description) so be aware if you have mobility issues. The Condo has been updated, but some unique choices were made. The furniture is quite worn and clearly wasn't replaced. The bathtub is difficult to use because of a solid glass partial wall that blocks access to the faucet, which makes it claustrophobic. We also had to deal with "palmetto bugs" AKA giant cockroaches in the unit. I've stayed in all kinds of accommodations across the US (including Florida), Central America, and the Caribbean, and never have I come across such giant bugs inside a unit. They were present 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. We reported it to management along with photos.
In spite of those issues, this unit was very convenient to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time anyway. There's also a nice gulf view we weren't expecting! The kitchen appliances seem brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances, but there was nothing in the way of basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, or sugar. Be prepared to bring/buy everything you might need.
Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend to those who aren't easily panicked by the odd bug.
