Great time!

Location is top notch! The unit is fairly depicted by the pictures. The owner's have higher end finishes, decor, etc. The cleaning crew could be a bit better, some of the showers and towels had a bit of dirt of hair upon arrival. The building and pool is a little tired in comparison to the status of the unit. Not at all a deal breaker, but something to consider. Blue Vacations was great to deal with and they were very responsive.

Family Vacation

We highly recommend this property!! Everything about this property was beautiful and the ocean view is spectacular!! The condo was comfortable, including all the beds. We had 8 adults and never felt crowded. There were many restaurants within walking/ riding distance that were fun and delicious! We did rent bikes and had slight problem with where to store them (bike rack at east end of property) that was easily resolved with Mandy the Beyond Blue Vacation property manager!! We can’t wait to plan our next trip here😊

Perfect Family Fall Break

This was our third family vacation at the Palms of Dune Allen complex. We just finished up the trip in the C'est La Vie unit and it was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and one child, with room for more children if we had needed it. The bunk room having queens on the bottom for adults and twins up top for kids really was nice. The finishes and decor were all updated and beautiful. There were a few worn spots here and there you could tell were just from the unit being in an older complex, but there's not much you can do about the age of the building. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we spent a lot of time out there in the morning. Getting to the beach was a little bit of a walk from the unit. You really have to wind around the second floor to get to the staircase that leads you to the boardwalk, but it was worth it to have the view of the ocean from the second floor. Pool was excellent to have when you've have enough of the beach. Parking is extremely easy. Beach in front of the complex is private and super spacious and there is umbrella service you can purchase while there. (totally worth it). The unit came with a ton of sand toys and wave boards. All in all- this was such an excellent unit! I would absolutely rent again.

The view is tremendous. We saw dolphins playing every morning. We had an issue with a sink not draining and a leaking shower hose. The sink not draining was quickly taken care of but the shower hose never did. The most annoying thing was the air conditioner. It worked well when people were present and moving throughout the property. At night, it would shut itself off because no one was moving. When we woke up because it was too hot and walked near the thermostat it immediately kicked back on without touching it. Still a tremendous property I would highly recommend besides a couple issues.

Everything was perfect! The host was very responsive and the location was perfection- oceanfront, close to shops and restaurants!! The kids loved all the ”extras” to enjoy the ocean- boogie boards and skimboards!

Awesome condo in a less crowded area

Beautifully remodeled condo with all the amenities you need! Great pool and steps away from sugar sand beach..we loved it all! Super convenient to great restaurants in Dune Allen beach..would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful but needs better cleaning

This condo was beautiful and has a great location! However we were disappointed in the level of cleaning. The previous renters had spilled something down the front interior of the oven and it was even on the outside. We cleaned the outside but I wasn’t going to clean an oven on my vacation! The dryer and vacuum were also problems. The dryer vent didn’t work so our clothes always had lint all over them. And my husband had to clean the vacuum in order to have it work. Great amounts of thread, hair,etc. we’re wrapped around the beater bar and the filters looked like they had never been cleaned before.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had a great time at this beautiful property! You couldn’t ask for a better location or view. Being able to walk right out and be at the pool or on the beach was perfect for our large family and all the beach toys and supplies. A great time with great memories!!

Whitmore’s Growing Family

You can’t go wrong with a family trip to the beach - even when the kids are adult daughters bringing their husbands now. And Dune Allen was perfect for us in every way: property location perfect, every room comfortable, common spaces had views to the ocean, and the wrap-around patio was a favorite hangout from morning to night.
