« Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels. »

« Quite literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold, clogged toilets, lights that didn’t work, and worst of all, the door didn’t lock. »

« The front of the hotel is very deceptive. When I drove around the back to get to my room it was disgusting. The parking lot was over grown with grass growing out of the pavement and had large pot holes. The room was gross. The air conditioner didn't work well and was full of dirt and dust. The TV didn't work. The shower had peeling paint and stains on the walls. Every door frame was black with grime. The property was littered with trash. I felt unsafe and pushed a chair infront of the door...

« Toilet seat unstable. No coffee maker. TV didn’t work that good. Splatter on the walls several areas. Stairwells had debris everywhere. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. No shampoo in the shower. »

« It was late evening when I arrived, and I was exhausted, so it was my own fault that I did not check the room thoroughly before I brought all of my belongings in (which should not be necessary, but it is these days). But I discovered a partially used soap and opened shampoos in the bathroom, and there was were numerous hairs on my pillowcase. The room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned! « They are in process of renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Comfy clean breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It is more than a 2 min walk to the Hard Rock. .6 miles. Actually more like 15 but very doable. All in all a great place. »
