« This was our favourite accommodation throughout Japan. The room was huge with a separate toilet and powder room to the bathroom. Japanese PJ's were provided which was a nice touch, also a hair straightener and curler and Nespresso coffee pods. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was an experience in itself - opt for the Japanese style breakfast- it was delicious. The location was perfect, only a 5 min walk to the Keihan subway line and walking distance...

« Clean rooms. Well appointed with coffee/tea/snacks and mini bar. Very relaxing. Restaurant was very good for dinner and traditional Japanese breakfast (NOT Western style if that is your hope) walkable to transit, convenience stores, restaurants and some traditional temple sites. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend! »

« Chambre triple plutôt confortable, style traditionnel, très pratique pour les rangements. Insonorisation médiocre mais on s’y fait. Hôtes adorables, bus à proximité mais avec des temps de trajet plus ou moins longs sauf pour la gare : à 10 min en bus / taxi. Service de laverie très pratique pour une modique somme! »

« The room is clean, and they have some nice amenities like kitchen, fridge, and laundry machine in unit. It's close to the station as well. I had a nice stay here, and check in check out is super easy. Just make sure to let them know what time you'll check in! »

« The laundry room has a lot of dust. When the machines were running, it was difficult to breath. However, the room was really spacious and nice. We really appreciate the drying rack. »

« Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Possibilité d'y faire son propre matcha. On est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Kyoto ce qui est bien pratique. Pas beaucoup de commerces à proximité immédiate, mais il suffit d'aller jusqu'à la gare pour avoir tout ce qu'il faut. »

« The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. »

The room was spotless, amenities were top quality, and the location was perfect. Also, the shampoo and conditioner were amazing, best I’ve ever used! I’d love to know the brand. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Japan! »
