« We were returning customers to Low wood bay @ the winander club. We were slightly disappointed to see that spa access was no longer included in Winander rooms but it is a beautiful spa, so we paid the extra £140. We were disappointed to find out if you wanted to borrow some slippers for the spa, they were also chargeable now. And on check out I was very shocked to see they were also now charging £12 per day to park your car if you hadn’t booked directly with them. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed...

« The hotel was beautiful, but the staff were so-so. We tried to get a light dinner (or "snacks" as they called it) but we could not get anyone to help us (despite being told where to order it) so we ended up going out to eat. The breakfast was pretty good though. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly but they weren't terrible. I would recommend this place because of its physical beauty, despite the less than optimal staff members. »
