« Lovely cottage and the house was really nice and very clean and well equippped. Slight downside the wifi code we were sent was the wrong code, 2/3 phone calls later we we4e given the same code however after advice we found the wifi code ( for any readfing this it was under the router) this was much later in the evening which meant we couldnt watch sky go till late in the evening (as we couldnt get the tv on which is our fault as were not very techno) would stay here again though now we now...

« We had a wonderful long weekend at Halfway House.It was ideal situated just outside Ambleside but with easy access to activities, shops and restaurants.The house was old but beautifully renovated and kept. The comfort of the beds stood out!! The bathrooms were lovely and apart from fairly low pressured showers were great. We enjoyed the garden and outside areas between the showers! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in the Lake District, the property was conveniently located in town in Windermere close to the train station where you could take buses to other towns on the lake. We had amazing hikes and saw beautiful views in old English towns. The property was comfortable but the landing on the upper floor has multiple levels right outside the bedroom and bathroom doors which was concerning with children. »
