Hotel Seguin

« La chambre était sale (odeur de pop corn et pop corn retrouvés sous le lit). Sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. »

« Hôtel sympa et calme »

« Good place for a softball stay. Lots of restaurants very close. »

« Good stay for the price!. Just needs a bit more renovation and staying on top of the house keeping a bit more. Get rid of the carpet and install laminate flooring, which it would make it a bit more modern. »

« This property was clean and comfortable. Had all the standard amenities microwave refrigerator. Quiet. Well kept attractive pool area. A good value relative to comparable properties. »

« The smell in the room and the floor dirty, nope thank yo, not anymore EVER. Even when I mentioned that to the nice guy in the morning at the desk he said … : oh yes they are planning to remodel, but don’t know when. Well overpriced for such room. And poor reaction from the management team. And the reception was very average . Anyway enough said I guess »

« Arrived late. To find a dirty room. Used condom behind the bed. Pubic hair on the walls in the bathroom. Crickets and dirt all over the floor. TV remote would not control the TV. Asked for refund was only given a partial payment. Seriously needs to address house keeping! Booked room for 4 there were only 2 towels. No amenities ice, coffee or anything else. »

« The 2nd night our hot water went out. They said it would be fixed by the morning because it was the weekend. It still wasn't fixed by time I checked out that evening. I was also locked out of my room due to a battery issue. I understand things happen, but I had to sit in the parking lot nearly two hours for the staff to fix the problem and still no hot water. When I asked for a refund for that night the manager refused. He was very rude, and argumentative. I will never stay there again...

« The room was well equipped and overall clean. However, despite being on a non-smoking floor, both the room and linens smelled of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed that all of my belongings had absorbed the smell as well. This was disappointing and definitely took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. »

« Le sol n'était pas propre, au bout de 5 minutes nous avions les pieds noirs. Le personnel est tres sympathique , les lits confortables la chambre suffisamment spacieuse Tres bruyant toute la nuit , beaucoup d'allées venues, musique forte jusqu'à trés tot le matin »

« Room was clean for the most part. The carpet they had in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, not even vacuumed. And the bathtub wasn’t clean, had to clean it myself to get my 1 year old a bath. Had someone else’s hair, and dirt all over it. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that the beds were on rolling frames either, couldn’t sit down without it rolling across the floor. »
