« Great cabin very clean easy to find couldn't have asked for anything better. »

« I was in Ohio for a family reunion. The puppy could not stay at the lodge at Salt Fork, so I decided to stay at the cabin. I am easily overwhelmed by people and family is not excluded! Retreating to the cabin allowed me the serenity I needed.My only dislike were the unpaved roads. My car sits very low to the ground and the gravel did a number under my car. »

« We loved the cabin and the area. We had our two dogs with us and it was a great place for them as well. Great area, secluded yet close to the state park. Cabin was very nice, clean and cute! Loved everything! »

The property was peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained with gravel and easy to identify trails—just what we needed to relax and reconnect. The quiet setting by the lake was incredibly calming. It was such a lovely experience, and we’re already talking about coming back with our kids. « My husband and I chose to stay at Valley View last year in order to be close to Cambridge to attend the Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival. It was not a hard decision to stay at Valley View again this year for the festival. This cute, comfy cabin has all we could want, and our hostess was communicative and gracious! We hope to come back a third time! »

« If you like a more secluded area, this house is GREAT! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, sitting on the porch that overlooked the pond, sitting in the hot tub near the pond, and playing games supplied by the homeowner. They really thought of everything! The owners were very easy to reach through text. We had a small issue the one night with the water, and he fixed it immediately. The wooded area that surrounded the house was beautiful. We saw deer and even a coyote one evening. ...

« This cabin was adorable and the surroundings peaceful. It was extremely clean and very spacious. We had a little deck on the back of our cabin so it was nice to sit out there at night and in the morning. We look forward to our next visit. »

« The cabin was mesmerizing with the detail and authenticity. I loved the wooden puzzle boxes- one in LR and on in downstairs BR. We didn’t get into the hot tub or fireplace as we were visiting family. Hubby loved it and would like to go back in the spring. »
