« Very good surprise! When i've read about comments and see the reasonable price, I thought about some quite/bad standing hotel... But not at all!! The building seems to have been completely renewed, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, large desk to work, flat screen TV, nice bathroom, fridge and microwave oven... and most important, it was perfectly clean! Access was easy and the owner was very accommodating. breakfast food provided in the room, which was a nice touch. 10 minute walk into town down a steep hill but there were also a couple nice restaurants very close and the AT conservancy office is right across the street. »

« This is a beautiful property with interesting history. The room was comfortable. The innkeepers are very gracious and helpful. While not located in the heart of the historic district, it’s a short walk away. Quite honestly, it’s better than being in the heart anyway - more quiet and easier parking.
