« Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. « Property was undergoing some construction upon arrival immedietely next to our shared wall of the unit making the first two hours rather unpleasant with loud cutting and banging. Wish the property owner had simply disclosed this as it was an unwelcomed surprise after a long day of travel. Otherwise our stay was fine. Unit has everything you need but the shower is too small and cracked in a few places and the shower head needs to be replaced »
