« The gentlemen out front attending to cars were very helpful. The attendant checking people in was not as welcoming. His demeanor didn’t ruin my overall experience. It was just off putting right when I walked in the door. »

« Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was! »

« Un petit déjeuner horrible. Pas de jus de fruit, beurre pas mis au frais et coupé dans un ramequin en plastique. Café inbuvable. Pas de yaourt pas de confiture. Personnel très désagréable qui se moque de nous ouvertement. On a dû aller manger ailleurs »

« Great hotel, staff was friendly. Since it’s a boutique hotel there arnt amenities to speak of and staff is not always at the front desk. Plan ahead for check in. Otherwise great stay. »

« This place is awesome!! Very secure and quaint. Nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Access to the John Hand Club on the top floor is very nice. Location was great and service impeccable. We will stay there again. »

« We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website. »
