« Coconuts was a beautifully kept property. Our unit was newly renovated and steps from the beach. Pool was clean and usually empty, very well kept. I understand the need for the door alarm given the proximity to the pool but the outside switch would never shut it off if you entered that way. « Close to the water but not on the water like one of the pics make you think. You can’t even see the water from the room. Pics were deceiving. You can’t see anything from the room except fence. Room and property was clean. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room next to me talking. You could things being moved around in the rooms. »
