Set in the desirable Hampton Colony community of North Topsail Beach, Patent Place brings together beautiful ocean views, generous indoor and outdoor spaces, and easy access to the beach for a laid-back coastal getaway with plenty of room for everyone.

Start your mornings outside on one of the home's spacious decks, where you can take in the ocean views and salty coastal breeze before heading down to the beach. With beach access just a short walk from the house, it's easy to come and go throughout the day—whether you're heading out for an early morning walk, settling in for an afternoon on the sand, or squeezing in one last trip to the shoreline before sunset.

Back at the house, the private hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind while still enjoying the coastal scenery. For a change of pace from the beach, guests also have access to the Hampton Colony community pool, giving your group another way to spend sunny days close to home.

Inside, the spacious open living area is designed for gathering. Vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light give the main level an airy feel, while large windows keep the coastal setting in view. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together easily, creating plenty of room for family meals, conversations, games, and relaxed evenings after a day outside.

Five bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for larger groups, including three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. Additional sleeper sofas provide even more flexibility for your group.

Outside, multiple furnished decks provide plenty of space to spread out, while the enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse away the sand after another day by the water.

Whether you're starting the morning with an ocean view, spending the afternoon between the beach and pool, or ending the evening with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, Patent Place gives your group plenty of space to settle in and enjoy the best of North Topsail Beach.
