Seaside Joy - This is your happy place!

Summary:

Seaside Joy, a recently updated condo with everything you need to find the joy in your vacation and relax with the amazing views only North Topsail Beach can provide. Whether you are watching for dolphins from the deck in the morning or walking along the beach at night, this place will not disappoint.



The Space:

-We are on the first level right next to the beach access for the building.

-One parking spot available in lot. Parking pass required.

-Queen bed in the bedroom; Full pullout sofa in the living room; 1 set of Twin bunk beds in the hallway.

-Smart TVs in Living Room, Bedroom and both Bunk Beds with headphone jacks so the littles can watch in peace!

-There is no working washer/dryer in the unit, but there is a nice laundromat in the building next door.

-Beach Chairs provided for your use: 4 adult and 4 child



Guest Access:

Entire Condo is yours.

Beach Access right outside the door. Literally steps from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Nice mix of residential and condo living right on beautiful North Topsail Beach!



Other Things to Note:

-You will need to come in and grab the parking pass that is hanging by the door. Please return it before you leave or we will have to pass along the $100 replacement fee.



-Decks are useable but until the HOA releases the decks to us there can be no furniture left out there.
