Due to the accelerated erosion and extreme high tides on North Topsail Beach, the town of North Topsail and CAMA have installed oversized sandbags as a temporary measure to protect these homes. Please be aware during high tides there will be no beach or direct beach access. Beach nourishment projects take place Nov-April and may impact this area. Please visit the town website for updates.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts full size appliances, tons of counter and cabinet space, and an open concept that looks into the dining and living room areas. The vaulted ceilings and abundant windows let in natural light and give an open and airy feel. The living room features a large glass sliding door to a second private oceanfront deck.
