« Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. »

« The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin. »

« Great apartment, very clean and very spacious. I worked remotely from the apartment for almost 2 weeks, everything was great. We had a small hiccup with the Wifi and the owners of the unit went above and beyond to help us get online. I was surprised how large the bedrooms and walk in closets are. Beds were very comfy, water pressure was great. Brita water pitcher in the frig was awesome with the heat! Having a washing and dryer was nice. We used the pool, it was very refreshing and clean. « This VRBO was fantastic! Everything was listed as it was on the site and the room was just beautiful. The pool, gym, common areas, and patio were so nice to use (especially with the heat) and the area was very safe and accessible. Right across the street is a food truck court and everything was very walkable! The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We did end up having some dirt marks on the bedding when we first arrived, but just had to wash it and all was perfect. The...

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'hôtel ! Un personnel de réception qui nous a fait un super check in avec plein d'informations sur Austin ! Une chambre spacieuse, propre et calme ! Le parking est très pratique ! La piscine est géniale même avec des enfants ! Le petit déjeuner est super ! Et le restaurant sushis est pas mal :)"

"J’ai trouvé l’hôtel globalement très bien sauf : - dans les chambres le minimalisme est poussé un degré trop loin ( du café, des amenities, 2/3 attentions auraient été sympa) - le service est vraiment en dessous … une attitude trop branchée pour être sympa. Je suis arrivée seule avec deux gros sacs que j’ai porte seule à ma chambre… soit … mais meme ouvrir la porte semblait être trop demander … à 3 reprises. - le message de texto du check out est trop familier et peu welcome - l’espace piscine était sale… En résumé super hôtel , super restaurant, super café , super démarche eco responsable … mais la relation à la clientèle / hospitalité est un step trop loin dans le familier et le hipster… Et venant de moi c’est beaucoup dire"

"Séjour de 2 jours à Austin Hôtel idéalement placé pour profiter de la ville à pied. Néanmoins un effort doit être fait sur le ménage, la chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, des tâches au sol, poils, cheveux... et le pire était l'odeur de la chambre! Certains diront que l'on en a pour son argent mais cela n'excuse pas le manque de professionalisme des agents d'entretiens."

"Superbe hôtel, impeccable, propre et très bien placé. Suite au 16e étage spacieuse, et bien équipée (réfrigérateur, tv, air conditionné, wifi). Belle salle d’eau avec toilettes. Balcon meublé avec vue splendide sur la skyline d'Austin. Piscine extérieure très agréable. Parking sur place payant. Petit-déjeuner non compris dans le prix de la chambre (Starbucks disponible sur place au rez-de-chaussée). Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande sans soucis !"
