„The pictures are dated. All amenities listed are accurate but they’re more worn than the pictures show. The grill only had two burners. The third burner was rusted out. There are limits on the thermostat settings. Not terribly out of line but I like to sleep cold. They want you to keep it 68 or above at night and 72 or above during the day. It is a nice home and we will very likely rent it again. Well worth the money for the location.“

„Interior of unit was fine, it did lack extra blankets as it was very cool inside. Kitchen has basics -very few plates/utentials, needed to wash daily. and no cooking essentials-oils, spices etc. outside area very dated and difficult to find parking close by. Pool not heated. I had to leave early as was very ill, host not helpful in refund-lost half vacation. “

„We have 3 big dogs and the yard was perfect and gated. House was cute and tidy. We had a wonderful mini vacay. When we come back I hope it is open to stay again.“

„Kasita Nest, cool and cozy! Patrick is a fantastic host! The location is ideal for the South Austin experience, with an abundance of rideshare resources for easy access to south Congress Ave, parks and trails and Barton Springs. Certainly high on our list for a return visit. “
