Everything from the yard, enclosed privacy area, lighting, coooozy bed, AND the hot tub and pool were wonderful.Check in was uber easy, very clear instructions; I felt safe both nights I was there. Fairly quiet area at night and, like I said, you’ve got privacy if you want to hang outside grill or catch some sun. « This rental is extremely well appointed. It has all of the conveniences needed for your stay. The deck area is outstanding. The furniture is beautiful as well as comfortable in form and function. The decor is tasteful yet quirky in true Austin style. Super easy access to the Austin Light Show at the holidays. A 5 minute walk to Barton Springs pool for a quick plunge. You will love it! »

« We had a group of 10 visiting Austin for a work conference. The group consisted of family and employees. We required several bedrooms with private baths and this place met that request. The location was wonderful, the communication was one of the best we’ve experienced. We knew exactly how to get in. She was very responsive to our initial check-in first day process. This has been one of the better stays we’ve experienced for a large group.I would consider doing this again if ever in the Austin...
