This beautifully remodeled studio in the Lakeland Village Lodge is the perfect romantic Tahoe retreat. Full of designer touches, it includes a complete kitchenette, deep blue velvet living chairs, a breakfast balcony, and everything you and your honey need for a getaway for two.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, 3 all together if children ages 13 and under are included; this applies 24/7. Comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 3. There is parking for 1 car.

Snuggle up in the king bed to watch a movie in the evening, sip coffee on the balcony at sunrise, and hit the slopes or soak up the sun at the beach during the day. Fire up the electric BBQ or use one of the three available near the lake during summer months.

Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, world-class golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining, shopping, and Whole Foods Market. Boat, bike, SUP and kayak rentals within walking distance in summer; ski/snowboard rental in winter. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around free with Lake Link on-demand ride service.

Property and Booking Information:
All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Parking passes must be displayed and returned at checkout. If taken, they must be returned within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee applies.

Please Note: The Lodge is accessed by approximately 25 steps. First-come, first-served garage parking is available beneath the building, with elevator access from the garage to the Lodge.
