"Great room size for four people, the bathroom had a good size too and everything worked well. There were teo fridges in the room, one for the minibar and one for self-use, which was practical. Room service was quick, efficient and good. The only thing not up to standard was the gym. The equipment in the weight room was old. The pool is spectacular, because it is preserved from the past, but also there it needed bits of refurbishment. Great hotel for family stays, with a Starbucks on the ground floor and right in the center of the city."

"Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Loop-Haltestellen fußläufig. Hoher technischer Standard im Hotel mit self check-in und Bedienung der Zimmertechnik vom Vorhang bis zum TV mit i-pad."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, leider sind die Zimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen da wäre ein bisschen Verbesserungsbedarf möglich! Aber das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Einkaufsmeile. Man kann den Millennium Park gut zu Fuß erreichen und in der Umgebung gibt’s genug Restaurants"
