« We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! »

« Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

« Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Crescent Place. The team member on site was very friendly, chatty, and helpful, which made a real difference to our experience. Our only concern was that our room was noticeably smaller than the one our friends stayed in despite us paying the same price. Our bed was a double and they had a king sized bed. The bathroom in Room 13 (the attic room) was also quite compact. On a positive note, we appreciated the thoughtful touches on arrival, with milk and water...
