« This place is awesome! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The hosts did an amazing job with the amenities.... from the game cabinet, K-cup variety, kitchen necessities and kayaks, there was nothing our family needed that we couldn't find. Everything in the home is top of the line. It really felt like we were staying in a high end cabin! Would definitely recommend this location!! »

Although we didn't use the amenities there such as the fire pit and the hammocks, it pretty much had everything we needed for a somewhat rustic weekend. I did like that the code to the door was just texted to us so we didn't have to really check in at any given time. « We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. « We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. We loved the boathouse--cute, quaint, and right on the water. The air conditioning worked well and was a life-saver in the hot, humid weekend weather. « The cabin was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, toiletries, etc. This was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at. There were actually 6 beds instead of 4 which was a pleasant surprise although there were bunks and then 2 others were in a loft area.
