« Hôtel bien situé, près d'un centre commercial. Il est très bien sécurisé, l'appartement super bien équipé, la literie confortable. Juste deux soucis, certains équipements demandent à être remis en état mais rien de trop gênant. L'autre soucis c'est la caution qui est débité, elle est rendue rapidement après le séjour mais un peu gênant avec le taux de change. Bon échange de communication. »

« Die gesamte Anlage ist offenbar in der letzten zeit vollständig renoviert worden. Das Haus macht einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck, das Zimmer war schön hell und sauber. Der Vermieter ist kontaktierbar und es gibt einen Portier, der helfend Auskünfte gibt. Wer anhand der Bilder eine zumindest einigermaßen ausgestattete Küche erwartet, wird ein bisschen enttäuscht - allerdings sind ersatzweise portable Elektrogeräte vorhanden, um ein Frühstück etc. herzurichten. Wir kommen sehr sicher wieder😊 »

« Night work outside kept us awake. Internal renovations as well. Leaking shower in main bathroom and no air conditioning in bedrooms. Very disappointing, especially for the price! »

« Check in process was easy. The room was like the pictures but it did not look as though it gets professionally cleaned. Maintenance was lacking as there were multiple holes in the walls that needed to be touched up. It wouldn’t take long to do and would make the place look more presentable. Floors weren’t very clean either. Found our fob did not work in the elevator so I rang the property managers and spoke to Chloe and she just said well use the stairs which is an absolute ridiculous response...

« The property was great for 4 adults, especially having the 2 bathrooms. Location wise, it was a nice distance from the beach and very close to Pacific Fair and associated public transport. We used it as a base for the shuttle to the AFL game. Also walkable to Broadbeach. Would recommend. Be aware of potential delays in the checkin / checkout process, but worked out ok. »
