There are two small bedrooms, and perhaps the couches are pullouts? Six would be tight. It had all of the things you might expect available in the kitchen for a rental at this price point.We saw some bunnies, and several turkey vultures on the property, and there were some big ants that found their way into the house. „Upon arrival, the property looked like what was pictured. Once we settled in, we found an open, empty condom wrapper on one of the room’s bed. In the other room, there were multiple spiders lining the baseboards. On the surface, all of the spaces seemed clean, but the windows and window sills were dirty/falling apart. There is also no air conditioning in the common areas, only the bedrooms.“

Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. “
