I recently stayed at this property during a trip to St. Louis. I'll start with the positives- the location is great for walking to Tower Grove Park and visiting the Missouri Botanical Gardens. We did both during our stay. We also appreciated that there were also lots of really good restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, Communication with the host and the local point of contact were good, and street parking was easy to find. The property was also a good value.
There are however, areas for improvement. While the interior of the property overall was clean, there was significant "wear and tear" that should be addressed. The furniture in the living room is upholstered with a light cream fabric, and there are stains on the couch and chairs. Same for the kitchen rug. When we arrived, we were concerned about staying there because the small front yard to the property was full of broken branches and yard debris. I understand that there were storms in the area that occurred the week before we arrived, but the property manager should take care of this- it's a tripping hazard for young children or older guest. The back yard area was the same- very overgrown and needs attention.
Overall, this property was just fair. It has the potential to be good with a bit more TLC.
