This building and unit is horrible! The description completely misrepresents the unit. The building is dirty, the living room floor is damaged, the rug that is pictured is not there which could of hidden the damage, something is either wrong with the TV or the service as even changing the channel takes a while, the air conditioning unit is very loud, there is no trash bag in the kitchen or any toilet paper, the bed and pillows are old and horrible uncomfortable, the main light in the bedroom and the light in the closet don’t work. We booed the unit for 7 weeks of which only 1 night was used due to the conditions and safety concerns both in and outside of the building. After multiple requests for a resolution, Properties by Preston would refer me back to VRBO and VRBO would refer me back to Properties by Preston. I would avoid Properties by Preston at all costs. They are poor communicators and never had any intention of providing a resolution.
