Terrible hosts. No communication. Unprofessional
Waited until 3pm on day of check in to message host about check in information. Waited over an hour with no response. Messaged again with no response. Finally called VRBO customer service for help. 4 hours after check in time with no communication from host. They were immediately able to get property owners on the line. I explained to the owners that I hadn’t left my residence which is 3.5 hours away from rental because I needed to confirm I had a place to stay once I arrived. They very quickly sent me check in information. I told them that I basically lost 1 of my 2 day visit because I wouldn’t be there until after midnight now. They agreed to refund me for the night. During and after the stay I reached out several times about a refund. No response. I contacted VRBO customer service again and they were able to get the property manager on the phone immediately. He agreed to send me a refund through VENMO while on the phone and took my information. Waited a day for a response and messaged again about a refund prior to leaving this review. Still no response. On top of the poor communication and terrible business practices the VRBO wasn’t prepared for our stay and was in need of a thorough cleaning. An unfortunate experience that could of been avoided with a more professional host.
