„The apartment itself was great - renovated, comfy and clean. There was also public transport available easily and supermarkets nearby. However, be aware that the location is not in a good neighbourhood especially if you plan to go out at night. We had kids and always made sure we came back before it was dark but that meant we missed out on night time activities.“

„La habitación es de buen tamaño, estuvimos muy cómodo 2 personas. Tuvimos lo necesario para una estancia de 6 días. La cocina nos funcionó bien para cosas sencillas. Cerca de vía Garibaldi y demuchos lugares turísticos a pié (20 minutos en promedio a la mayoría de atracciones del centro) Se agradece el elevador después de un día de mi ha caminata. Únicamente sugeriría un deshumidificador para mejorar el aire ambiente, hay mucho aroma a humedad. “

„On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again“

„Pictures nicer than reality. Ground floor flat in a super location, but dark and no possibility to open a window. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no tabs to use them. As a traveller you would appreciate some customer focus in terms of maybe a bottle of water or coffee capsules or so. Do not expect this here. “

„Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, aber über Metro (ca. 700 m) bestens angebunden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles sauber und funktional. Marco hat uns online zu jeder Zeit bestens betreut. Sehr positiv: kostenlose Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Toller Supermarkt nur 100 m entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Harald“

„Monolocale funzionale e ben arredato in un quartiere tranquillo e centralissimo, a due passi dall’Università, dalla Mole e da Piazza Vittorio. L’unico difetto è che la scala per il soppalco è davvero ripida. Suggerisco di fornire un ventilatore per la stagione estiva perché non c’è l’aria condizionata.“
