„Isla Mujeres is one of our favorite places and our stay at Casa Cristal did not disappoint. The location and views were perfect from all levels. The house had all of the amenities we needed and it was nice to get in the pool after a long day on the beach. “

„Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12! ...

„We loved our stay at Casa de las Olas on Isla. It’s a fantastic getaway. The house was exactly as described, and the ocean views from the back and the pool were so relaxing. „Unit was extremely clean well organized and stocked (as good as any unit I have ever rented) very well. Israel was a perfect host and when there was an issue (I stayed there a month) that is normal house issues it was addressed immediately and follow up with me making sure it was good was frequent. "The property was extremely good. The only bad thing was the WiFi - huge investments are necessary there, due to the lack of mobile service in the area. Besides that this was an exceptionally great stay, from dining to service - just perfect."

"Schönes Hotel, aber zu viele Schwächen für den Preis Das Fiesta Americana ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage mit meist freundlichem Personal. Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich – unsere Beschwerde wurde zwar angenommen, aber ob es etwas gebracht hat, bleibt unklar. Die Liegen-Situation war frustrierend: Entweder man zahlt 100 $ pro Tag für ein Bali-Bett oder steht früh auf, um sich eine Liege zu sichern. Ich hasse sowas – habe es in meinem Leben noch nie gemacht, aber wegen Jetlag war ich um 5 Uhr wach und habe zum ersten Mal eine Liege reserviert. Es hat sich einfach falsch angefühlt, besonders bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Zudem waren viele Liegen kaputt und es gab zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot war okay – viel Auswahl, durchschnittlich gute Qualität. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants abends hätten wir mehr erwartet. Bei den Getränken gab es günstige und hochwertige Marken – Letztere waren aber nicht immer inklusive. Insgesamt: Schönes Hotel, aber für knapp 1800 € (5 Nächte) erwarten wir mehr Service, Qualität und Komfort."

"The beach is amazing. They clean the seagrass every day, we liked that! The service wasn‘t good. Often we waitet 20-30 min. until someone came. We stayed for 12 nights and we only can eat at the buffet. All other restaurant were booked out every night! We tried to take a reservation from the first day and couldn‘t even get one… all in one the hotel was ok but not the price worth it! We don’t recommend it "
