„We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. „The location was adequate for travel and shopping for everyday things. The process of check-in and out was fine. It has the potential to be a great location however it’s lacking in cleanliness. Their cleaning service apparently only tidies things up and doesn’t do a “real” clean. That was what we most remember of the location. We never used the pool, instead we went to the beach. I would not stay at this apartment again. Cancun has so many options.“
