« I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was perfect - to say the least. The condo was clean, had amazing views and it was close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store. The condo was well equipped with everything we could have needed including pots and pans. The communication with the owner and check-in process was easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property. It is a bit loud outside until late at night, since the condo is located at the heart of the party zone....

« We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. The pool is beautiful, the ocean is beautiful, the little restaurant down by the pool is awesome. You will meet great people from around the world! Pay attention...

« Checked in at 5pm and there were still people cleaning the unit. So we awkwardly had to wait in the corner while they finished. Room was still very dirty, sand was EVERYWHERE, all over the floors in every single room. No hand soap in my bathroom. Shower was very neglected. Guards were unfriendly, would sit and watch us try to open the gate instead of helping. Didn't offer any help carrying luggage up stairs. Also, a bit difficult to find. The addresses given don’t lead to the right places/...
