„We were overly pleased with our anniversary stay in the studio. We decided to go with a Vrbo instead of your typical hotel room.Everything is as described in the add. Check in was easy and simple. Studio was clean and fully functional with all the features.Very safe area of DC…wasn’t concerned at anytime. Was able to park directly in front of the studio. We either walked or took an uber.We had an amazing time! Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.“

„This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street. ...
