« I don’t prefer hotels that are pumping fragrance/air freshener at you as you enter the lobby. Too strong and overwhelming and implies that something needs covering up (musty, dirty, moldy smells). « Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms?
