A notre arrivée l'alese sous le drap était particulièrement sale (grosse tâche ) ,nous en avons informé la réception qui a pris les mesures nécessaires ( changement de chambre ) et un panier de fruit nous a été offert.

« I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. »
« Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day. »

I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that.

« Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel.
Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. »
