"Off the Hook" is a stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home designed to be the perfect getaway for large or multiple families. Located just minutes from the beach, this property promises an unforgettable vacation filled with relaxation and fun.

The property is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Covered parking and lighting are available for up to 5 cars, making arrival and departure a breeze. The home boasts a private pool for cooling off on warm afternoons, a fun tiki bar for poolside drinks, and an outdoor shower for convenience after a day at the beach. For added entertainment, challenge your family and friends to a game of cornhole or jumbo-sized Connect Four in the patio area.

Inside, you'll find smart TVs in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors, ensuring entertainment for everyone. The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen and a half bath.

Room 5: King, with Ensuite
Room 6: King- Shared Bath with Bunk Room
Room 7: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Blvd W, approximately a 1 minute walk!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and carport/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- No pets
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.



CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
