This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. « This was a lovely place, as advertised! The actual unit is difficult to locate, especially in the dark. Would suggest using less fragranced laundry products, like naturally fragranced or fragrance free. Otherwise, beautiful, clean, great location, & good communication. »

For a VRBO, there were no extra linens, and only 6 towels for 2 of us for 12 days, 2 rolls of TP, cat crap in the gravel garden space, cabinet doors that opened into the way of ceiling fan blades, fridge door that opens the wrong way, landscape crew that starts work at 7:30am & wakes U up during vacation and leaves the cuttings and debris in front the door and walkway for an hour and a half or more (we finally left before it got cleaned up) The coffee...
