„Valentino’s is an absolute gem! Fabulous staff who were friendly and super courteous. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, very clean and with quality toiletries. We ate here too, it was no problem to set up a table outside for us, the food was fantastic! Breakfast too did not disappoint with amazing polite service and Italian food to die for! Will definitely find an excuse to go back to Ripon so that I can stay here again!! “

„This property was really beautiful and the staff were so kind! Unfortunately as it's an older building, there is no lift to the rooms so it probably won't be accessible to people with mobility challenges. “

„Alice who owns the property goes above and beyond what she needs to do she knows every guest by there 1st name had a meal in the Cantonese restaurant (which alice runs) on Friday and the food was 1st class breakfast there a choice a good choice all the staff are very friendly beds very comfortable and clean , showers nice and hot decor could do with a up date but to be honest I wasn’t there to look at the decor there was a group of 6 and we would definitely go back “

„Room, breakfast and service all very good. Site difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area. Using the postcode in the sat nav wasn't a good idea, better to use the signs for the forbidden corner which is on the same site.“

„Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed, quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Short walk into town. I liked the option of not having the room serviced and receiving a free drink! The lift was a bit dodgy - very slow. Enjoyed my stay.“

„This was a beautiful property on 13 acres with orchards and a lovely courtyard. The room was extremely spacious and meticulously decorated and cleaned. The bathroom was spacious and featured a fabulous shower (Room 3). Sue was a gracious host and prepared a delicious made to order breakfast in a beautiful dining area. Conveniently located to the town of Thirsk which has a James Harriet (All Creatures Great and Small) museum. Well-worth a visit with shopping and parking. 5-stars!“

„A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!“

„Lovely location in the heart of Pateley Bridge with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. The car park adjacent to property is a public car park so can be a bit hit and miss if you get a spot but there are other options close by. Highly recommend“
