„We love the Barcelo Palace. This was our 2nd time booking to stay at the Palace. Upon check-in, we were told that our rooms were upgraded to the Riviera Adults Only resort. We were a little disappointed since we really enjoyed the Palace a few years ago. However, the Palace was very busy this week, and the Riviera was not nearly as crowded. „Negativ: Die Anlage ist Renovierungsbedürftig hier die highlights. Schraube im Balkonürdurchgang stand aus dem Boden hervor abgebrochene, scharfkantige Wasserdüsen im Wasser eine Gewindestange mit Mutter , war auf dem Grund des Kinderbeckens hervorgestanden. Vermutlich war dort mal ein Spielzeug montiert gewesen. Unsere Tochter hat sich daran, zum Glück, nur leicht verletzt. Badewanne Emallierung teilweise weg und nur überstrichen. W-Lan eine Katastrophe und immer überlastet. Funktioniert ...

„Ocean Riviera Paradise ist eine tolle Anlage und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Anzahl an Restaurants und die Pools sind super. Der Personal ist fast immer freundlich, bis auf eine Ausnahme Es gibt für 3 Restaurants (Steakhouse, Teppanyaki und Italiener) eine Reservierungspflicht. Alles andere ohne. Jedoch bestand die Dame am Empfang vom Mexikanischen Restaurant auf eine Reservierung und liess uns dann 20 Minuten warten obwohl das Lokal 1/2 leer war. Nachdem wir 20 Minuten gewartet ...

„Had an amazing time with our family. The only feedback - we booked a family selection room with a swimup pool. It would be nice if there was some privacy separation between the pool of our neighbors. We had instances where our neighbors were in front of our pool area, basically viewing inside of our room. Other than that, everything was perfect. “

„This property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was away from the hustle and bustle and encouraged us to unplug and live in the moment. We used the pool and beach daily. So nice to have the balance of the pool and the ocean. A/C works well in bedroom and a great breeze comes through for the rest of the condo. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and the walk to Midway Food Store is short and easy to get some supplies. We would definitely stay here again. It was fabulous!“
