"We’ve stayed in many places and have never had such bad experience. Should have known upon arrival as we had to sign 2 disclaimers regarding not noise. Needless to say, the noise from guest partying in the pool at 10pm - shouting and poor behaviour fuelled by alcohol is the reason for the disclaimer . Hotel staff were called and could not manage the groups. After hours of hoping it would stop we left the hotel and went find other accommodation. To add further insult - At this point reception has shut and we could not check out. Returned the key the following day and raising issues again the response was yes many guesses complained?!!!!! Do not stay here at any cost - as it’s also not the cheapest we did not only loose a day off our holiday but also money paid. Not happy. "
