„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer dreckige Bettwäsche, nach dem Anruf an der Rezeption mussten wir diese auch noch selbst wechseln. Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht überragend. Alles macht einen schmuddeligen. Eindruck: Teppich, Fenster, Treppenhaus. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht serviceorientiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist Top! Mitten in der Stadt mit vielen Essens und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. “

„What a wonderful hotel. Clean, walkable to downtown Seneca Falls, and safe. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The elevator is a little small and fit three people with one suitcase each. “
