„We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! “

„This was a cozy, clean, and aesthetically inspiring apartment with a wonderful view and a sprawling garden. My kids (ages 9 and 13) and I stayed here nearly a week, doing all kinds of fun activities in Berkeley. I asked the 9 year old what her favorite part of the trip was, and she said cuddling up in the little book nook while looking out at the view every evening. They felt at home and did not get homesick at all--which is first! “

There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. „I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.“
