The property manager had someone come and fix it two days after our stay and we had a plumber in the home almost an entire day. « The room was perfect size for 2 people. It was homey feeling and did not have to pay for parking. It was 20ish minutes from everything we wanted to do. The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. The owner still had laundry down stairs and said he would come in later to get it after we checked in. We waited till he got it to do anything. The door to their house is only lockable...

« I was told about additional rules the day of my booking. Had multiple problems with how clean the place was (bathroom, bedsheets, kitchen utensils etc) as well as multiple broken items in the home. Even when I contacted and showed proof of everything, the host took hours just to respond after responding in a minute timespan prior to. « The location of this house is fantastic! Everything on King Street and Prince Street is easily walkable, so that was great for me and my family. The house was fun and unique, and my kids loved the spiral staircase. « The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Great for business travel. We had a quick trip to the National Harbor and it was easy access to Old Richmond. The host was very responsive about a request we had ahead of our visit, and accommodating. Beds were soft and comfy. I slept like a baby. Normally I don’t care for soft beds, but I had no issues. Would stay here again! »
