„Everything was as expected and proclaimed. It takes 15 minutes from there to the underground train (tube) as well as the locations you need as a tourist like restaurants/pubs and grocery stores. We had a short ride of 45 minutes from Heathrow to come to the house. The house was clean and the things you need for living for a few days on its place. The breakfast we found in the refrigerator. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. „The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.“
